William is the Head Chef, Owner, and mastermind behind SENSORIUM. He was born and raised in Medan but spent most of his life and culinary career in Australia. After years of working in several fine-dining establishments around Australia, he decided to pursue his own passion on his own, and thus, Sensorium is born.

"I opened SENSORIUM because I wanna tell you a story through my foods and bring peoples together. I believe foods have the power to do so. And hopefully inspired peoples in doing so." explains William.
