All payments made through the Bali Buddy platform are processed securely via Xendit Payment Platform. Users will receive a confirmation email once a transaction is completed.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service, listing, or offer provided by our partners. Each listing may have its own cancellation and refund terms, which are displayed within the listing details.
Please note:
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed back to the original payment method through Xendit.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution but typically take 5–10 business days.

If you are subscribed to a recurring service via Bali Buddy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support at support@balibuddy.app.
Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods once payment has been processed.
