  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the platform.

  • Bali Buddy offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.
  • Users can cancel at any time through their account settings.

2.6 Termination Policy

  • Bali Buddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate local laws or advertise illegal content.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Provide false or misleading information.

1. In the Bali Buddy App:

  • Select Manage Account
  • Tap Delete My Account

2. Via Email:

Alternatively, you can send an email to info@balibuddy.app with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request” and include your name and the email associated with your account for verification.

What Happens After Deletion:

  • Once we receive your request, we will process it within 30 days.
  • All personal information, including saved preferences, bookings, and claimed promotions, will be permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
